Wrong Shipping Information
- If you have left a wrong shipping address or contact information, please contact our customer service within 2 hours.
- Please note that it is the responsibility of the customers to enter their shipping address correctly. We are unable to redirect to another shipping address after we have processed and shipped the parcel.

Let me explain why it shows that it has been shipped but the logistics information has not been updated yet.
- When the product is handmade in Jiangxi area and delivered to the carrier, the tracking order number will be subsequently uploaded to the order page.
- Due to international transportation, it takes 3-5 days for the package to arrive at the international transit center airport. During this period, there is no transportation information for inland transportation to the international transit center. The transportation information will be updated only after the package arrives at the international transit center and is scanned.

As soon as you place your order, we’re on it – We know you want to receive your package ASAP! Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are only able to cancel your order if it has not been processed at our warehouse. In case your order is already forwarded to the carrier, unfortunately, we can’t cancel it, so it is important to contact us ASAP.
